"Maenllwyd has been owned by Margaret and Nigel Vince for over 20 years. It is a former Victorian Manse having been built in the late 19th century and is set in half an acre of gardens. The large garden makes a pleasant spot to sit during the fine weather. Maenllwyd is just 5 mins walk from the centre of Machynlleth and close to the railway station.  "There are 4 mountain bike trails in the area graded from comparitively easy to "awesome" as well as being right on the Sustrans route 8. There is also an excellent cycle shop situated in town for those needing repairs." Location map
