"We are a small friendly family home approximately 10 minutes walk from
the city centre. An elderly cat also lives here in case anyone is allergic! All
rooms are brightly decorated with central heating with electric blankets on
all beds so visit us in the Spring and Autumn months too. We have drying
and ironing facilities for cyclists and there is a good choice of breakfast
available served in our conservatory overlooking the garden. We have a Visit
Britain Quality in Tourism rating of 3 Stars.
