Steel Steam Train on the Bathgate to Airdrie railway path. The 15 mile track rises steadily but it's hardly noticeable with the consistent, gradual rise of the railway bed. The many artworks along the track refer to the industries that were once widespread and supported the local communities of the area, including brickworks, quarries and coal mines. Now the Stationmaster's House has been turned into rented flats and the railways replaced by sculptures and cyclists.
