Meals are available at the Blue Bell Hotel, the Salmon Pub, the John Dory fish and chip shop and the Well House Coffee Shop, all less than five minutes walk from Bluebell Farm. The Co-op sells ready made sandwiches for lunches and is open 7 days a week from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

"We are ideally located for a number of interesting cycling and walking routes including the Northumberland Coast Heritage Trail, St Cuthbert�s Way, St Oswald�s Way and Sustrans Routes 1 and 68. Located in the centre of a lively village community, we have good amenities within walking distance, including pubs, pharmacy/medical centre, post office, shops and an ATM. There is also a reputable cycle repair shop at Berwick-upon-Tweed, 15 miles to the north, and good rail links via the East Coast mainline also at Bewrwick-upon-Tweed.
